These public-site terms summarize basic expectations while Euphoric LS is in invite beta. Final production terms for the private member application should be presented to members as part of the applicable account and onboarding flow.
21+ member experience
The private Euphoric LS community is intended for eligible adults age 21 and older. Access can be subject to invitation, verification, account standing, membership level and platform rules.
Respectful and lawful use
Users are expected to use Euphoric LS lawfully, respect consent and boundaries, avoid harassment or impersonation, and follow community and event rules that apply to their participation.
Beta availability
Features described on the public website may be planned, limited, staged or controlled by beta flags. Availability can change while production acceptance testing is underway.
Membership and paid features
Pricing pages can describe intended membership levels and group plans. Paid functionality should not be treated as generally available until the relevant payment processing, disclosures and production workflows are active.
Safety
Platform controls do not eliminate all risk. Members remain responsible for personal judgment, lawful conduct, consent and reasonable precautions in online and offline interactions.
